A small frame, so it lives in the grid rather than on a wall. Neon on every surface, a man at the rail, a woman heading off with her shopping, and a bunch of balloons somebody was presumably selling. The street is short and this is most of it. Nothing here is subtle, and the photograph does not pretend otherwise.
