Commissions
Commissions in the UK and Europe
While I’m based in London I take on a small number of commissions in the UK and Europe: three kinds of work, each one something I already photograph for myself.
Architecture and hospitality, after dark
Hotels, restaurants, bars and new buildings, for the people who run them and the architects who drew them, photographed at dusk and after dark, when a building is lit the way it was meant to be seen. Most of my city work is made from a tripod in the few minutes when the sky and the windows balance, and I am used to waiting for them.
Travel, tourism and outdoor brands
Landscape, the Alps, the coast and the snow, for tourism boards, hotels and the brands that make kit for those places: the place itself, and people moving through it — skiers, riders, surfers. I work with whatever light the day gives and wait for the part of it worth having.
Dogs
Portraits of dogs for the people who live with them, in the studio or on location in London, and work for pet brands. The dogs on this site were photographed the way I photograph everything else: at their level, with time, and without a fuss.
I don’t take drone or wildlife commissions. The aerial and wildlife galleries are my own work, and they stay that way.
Tell me about it
What you have in mind, where, and roughly when. I’ll reply with availability and a quote.
