Warm-toned photograph of a wide beach in heavy sea mist at low sun, two distant figures walking near the waterline, dune grass in the foreground and headlands fading into haze.

Sea Fret

The mist did the grading. I just left it alone.

Heavy sea mist coming onshore with the sun low behind it, which turns the whole scene one colour and dissolves everything past about two hundred metres. The two walkers are the only detail in the middle distance and the only reason the picture has any depth. Almost nothing was done to this in the edit — the haze had already flattened the contrast and warmed it right through.
